It is time to organize some photos of quilts that the generous and talented quilters of the St. Augustine Piecemakers Guild have made for donations to local people in need of some comfort. So what better way than to post them here for the world to see?

Spinning in public

Today I took my trindle out to lunch and spun some Icelandic while wating for a friend to arrive. About a half dozen people came over to ask what I was doing and admire my work. It was a great ego boost. Apparently even my lumpy "designer" yarn can impress a non-spinner.
